Returns: Dirt Digits will not accept returns for custom products configured in error by you. Once work begins (designing stage) all sales are final and the product will be delivered as ordered. Please review your product(s) carefully, and make sure you have entered correctly your make, model, year, and most importantly your custom information such as name and race number. Should you choose to cancel your order do to change of heart or mind, and or misunderstanding of our terms and conditions there will be a 15% order cancellation fee.You must cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a refund.
Warranty: That said if Dirt Digits makes a mistake call us as soon as possible so we can replace your product ASAP. Warranty shipping methods are at the discretion of Dirt Digits and will be handled on a case by case scenario. Other items to know: Dirt Digits is not responsible for knowing your proper class/sanction’s rules and requirements. If you do not know what color number you should be running then please stop now and contact a race rep before proceeding.
Dirt Digits is not responsible for knowing your hybrid equipment’s configuration. We have no way of knowing that you have converted your 2005 WR into a YZF using a 2006 front plate. You must use the proper model designators as there are major differences between CR vs. CRF, YZ vs. YZF, KX vs. KXF and RM vs. RMZ. Dirt Digits is not responsible for knowing which mid-year body change you have. This is mostly a problem with 2003 and 2007 KTMs, but there are other makes that fall into this category. Shipping: The cost for shipping is based upon individual and total product(s) weight and is calculated using each shipping service provider’s API (Application Program Interface). Rates are calculated using each shipping provider’s proprietary rate charts based on weight, dimensions, and zones. For more information on how rates are calculated please contact the shipping provider you wish to use (See provider list below). An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product description page and or we will contact you via phone or e-mail to disclose the true cost. Delivery times are a quotation of each service provider and are in no way guaranteed to be true or accurate by Dirt Digits. A $1.50 shipping and handling charge is applied to all orders. For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table below. (A surcharge also may be applied to select items due to size and weight). Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Expedited Service is available (excluding APO/FPO addresses where Gift Card-only orders will be shipped via Standard Service) for a flat rate of $5.00. If a Gift Card(s) is purchased along with other items, the shipping charge related to the Gift Card(s) will be waived for Expedited Service. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours and ship within 3 business days of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses unless USPS service is selected. Finally, Dirt Digits will make every attempt to contact you if there are question regarding your order, however, this is not guaranteed, and certainly doesn’t shift the burden of blame on to Dirt Digits if we do not call you.
